Simply Pure is proud to support Chemo Girls + a Guy by donating dry ice free of charge to those undergoing cancer treatment. If you are preparing for treatment and would like to use dry ice for cold capping, please give us a call in advance so we can have it ready for pickup.
Cold capping with dry ice helps reduce hair loss during chemotherapy by constricting blood vessels in the scalp, which can limit the amount of chemotherapy drugs reaching hair follicles. For many, this offers not only a physical benefit but also an emotional boost—helping maintain a sense of normalcy and control during treatment.
